Following on from a successful Fungus
Foray the day before at Pembrey, hopes were high that it would be
another productive afternoon at the foray at Troserch Woods,
Llangennech, organised by Llanelli Naturalists. But alas it was not
to be, as the weather had turned wet and there were very few fungi to find
in what is usually a very good fungus site.
Among the fungi that were found were A grey Elfin Saddle (Helvella lacunosa) and a Tarzetta species, very probably T. scotica.
